1. Reservations & Payments
All bookings for Morning Mist Lodge may be made through our website, Little Hotelier, or directly with our reservations team. A valid email address, phone number, and payment method are required to secure your booking. Rates displayed at the time of booking reflect current availability and may vary based on season, demand, or promotions. Some rates may require full payment upfront, while others may allow partial deposits.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 14:00 onwards. Early arrivals are welcome to store luggage while rooms are being prepared. Check-out is at 10:00 to allow us to service rooms for incoming guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and possible additional fees.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Amendments
Cancellation policies are displayed during booking and may vary depending on the rate selected. Standard bookings may allow free cancellation within a specific time frame, while promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Failure to arrive without prior notice will be regarded as a no-show, and charges may apply. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability.

4. Children & Extra Guests
Children are welcome at Morning Mist Lodge. Additional beds or cots may be provided upon request and subject to availability, and charges may apply depending on room type.

5. Guest Conduct & Behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward lodge staff, fellow guests, and property. Any actions that cause damage, excessive noise, or disruption may result in extra charges or removal from the property without refund.

6. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage to the lodge property, furnishings, or equipment caused intentionally or through negligence. Morning Mist Lodge is not liable for loss of money, valuables, or personal belongings unless stored in a designated secure location.

7. Use of Facilities
Guests use all lodge facilities—including gardens, outdoor seating areas, and communal spaces—at their own risk. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.

8. Events Beyond Our Control
Morning Mist Lodge is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as power outages, water supply interruptions, transport delays, weather conditions, or government regulations.
